Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains how digitario GmbH processes personal data in connection with this website.

1. General information

Personal data protection is taken seriously. Personal data is processed confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection law.

You can generally use this website without actively providing personal data. Some features (for example contact requests) require voluntary data.

2. Controller

digitario GmbH, Stampfenbrunnenstrasse 34, 8048 Zurich, Switzerland.

Contact for privacy requests: info@digitario.ch, phone 076 339 17 06.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM (Neue Medien Münnich GmbH, Germany). When accessing this website, technically required connection data (for example IP address, timestamp, requested resource, user agent) may be processed in server log files to ensure operation, stability, and security.

The server location is Germany. This processing is based on legitimate interest in secure and reliable website operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Germany provides an adequate level of data protection under the Swiss FADP.

4. Contact requests

When contacting us via the contact form or email, the data you submit (name, email address, message text) is processed to handle your request. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

The contact form uses technical safeguards (CSRF tokens, session-based rate limiting) to prevent misuse. No profiling takes place.

Data is stored only as long as required for the request and any follow-up communication unless legal retention duties apply.

5. Appointment booking (Microsoft Bookings)

For appointment scheduling, this website uses Microsoft Bookings, a service provided by Microsoft Corporation (USA). When booking an appointment, your name, email address, and preferred time slot are transmitted to Microsoft.

This involves the transfer of personal data to the United States. Microsoft relies on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure an adequate level of data protection. The legal basis is your consent through active use of the booking service (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

For more information, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement: https://privacy.microsoft.com/en-us/privacystatement

6. Web analytics with Matomo

This website uses Matomo, a privacy-friendly open-source analytics tool. Matomo is hosted on our own servers (stats.digitario.ch, hosted by ALL-INKL.COM in Germany). No data is shared with third parties. IP addresses are stored in anonymised form.

Data collected includes: page views, referrer, browser type and version, screen resolution, approximate location (country/region), and time of access. Raw data is deleted after 6 months; aggregated, non-personal statistics are retained indefinitely.

Without your consent, page views are recorded anonymously and without cookies. Only after consent via the cookie banner are the analytics cookies _pk_id (lifetime: 13 months) and _pk_ses (lifetime: 30 minutes) set to recognise returning visits.

The legal basis for cookieless tracking is legitimate interest in audience measurement (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Setting analytics cookies requires your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

You can opt out of analytics at any time. Use the opt-out section further down on this page or the cookie banner.

7. Cookies and technical necessity

This website only sets analytics cookies after your consent via the cookie banner: _pk_id (13 months, visitor recognition) and _pk_ses (30 minutes, session assignment).

To avoid showing the cookie notice on every visit, your choice is stored via the cookie digitario_consent and/or local storage.

Technically required mechanisms (e.g. session management for form security) may be used where needed for the secure and stable delivery of the website.

8. Data subject rights

Within applicable law, data subjects may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or objection.

Requests can be sent to info@digitario.ch.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority. In Switzerland, this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern (https://www.edoeb.admin.ch).

9. Data security

Appropriate technical and organizational measures are used to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or manipulation.

10. Changes

This privacy policy may be updated if needed, for example due to legal changes or website evolution. As of: March 2026.
