That usually makes it clear quite quickly whether targeted support, a well-scoped engagement, or longer-term guidance is the best fit. Does digitario work on-site or remotely? +

Both. Remote is the default and works well for most engagements. For workshops, kick-offs, or intensive phases, on-site work is also an option. Based in Zurich, available across Europe, happy to travel.

One person with 24 years of operational experience — from code to the executive level. No junior team, no middlemen. Direct responsibility, direct communication. And someone who does the work, not just delegates it.

Are there minimum contract terms or long-term commitments? +

No. We work together for as long as it's valuable. No lock-in, no contractual traps. Quality and impact create continuity — not notice periods.

Does digitario only work as a sole practitioner? +

No. digitario has a trusted network of experienced specialists who can join projects as needed — for additional capacity, specific expertise, or cover. That makes it possible to deliver larger or cross-disciplinary initiatives reliably, without depending on one person.

Does digitario use AI in client projects? +

Only with the client's explicit agreement. In some projects, AI use is off the table for regulatory or internal policy reasons — that's respected, no questions asked. Where AI is welcome and approved, the right technologies are brought in deliberately. It's not about the tool — it's about whether it creates real value in your specific situation.
